Filled up my heep (jeep) for $49.98 today, it was pretty low, but $2.82 is steep for a high-schooler.

I'm sure glad I'm not drivin my dads expedition at $65-70 each fill up.

Gas here just jumped AGAIN. From 2.49 to 2.63 overnight. Would not be suprised if it was 3 bucks by Memorial Day.

I keep hearing the prices are coming down and crude price looks like its down but its yet to really reflect in gas prices here in Iowa. They have went down .04 I am sure its coming.
I read in the paper that stations are a little reluctant to lower their prices. Local (station) profits are running about double what they used to.

They sure don't mind going up at the drop of a hat though.

Gas jumped to 2.05 from 1.89 Thursday . Oil did a bump up Friday with unrest in Nigeria. Natural gas has dropped a lot also. Last gas bill was not bad at all, but then we had temps in the 60's in January. Wierd

At least the price is coming down again. I paid $2.32 a gallon for 93 octane (my car requires at 91 octane) over in Rockwall, TX (at my brother's) but when I got back over here to Arlington, it was $2.25. Too bad I didn't have enough gas to get from his house to mine.

Well, by george I received 4 prepaid BP-Amoco cards in the mail today! I had forgotten about entering the 2nd chance online sweepstakes a few months ago. I must have been a winner.

All total they are worth $25.00.

    Made my day.

las time I got gas, it was 2.44 a gallon for 93, I can't use 87, so I didnt look how much it cost. I do have to get gas tomorrow, so I'll post up the new price. I get my gas at Sam's. (A discount club you pay an annual membership to be in that sells 87 and 93 octane only, usually 0.05-0.10 cents cheaper than everywhere else. I get LOTS of gas.

    5.9 Liters, and 4.56 gears
