FYI for all of those in the Sacramento, CA area. Gas is only $2.89 @ the AM/PM at Bradshaw and Jackson Rd (Hwy 16).

I am filling up on my way home from school today.

That just proves there's gouging. The reason that's given for the high prices is demand, how many people honestly use 100 octane in their cars?

Lets see the last post I think I said it was 101.9 a litre. Well Its now a 134.9 - 140.9 a Litre. This is in Nova Scotia Canada. So thats $6.03 cent to $6.34

We are now paying $4.40 US/US Gal ($5.40 Can./Imperial Gal.). Other parts of Canada are now around $4.90 US/US Gal.!!!! This is getting way out of hand!!!

I just went to fill up on gas at this local chevron cuz I heard they were goin up soon..This is what I found, a sign saying....Sorry out of unleaded and plus. And my engine was made for 87 and for some reason premium and any higher octane could cause problems. So I went to the circle K across the street. Same thing there. So I went to this Shell even further down the street and they had 87 so I filled up for $3.21 per gallon. I was almost empty, and have a 35.7 gallon gas tank. Filled up about 32 gallons.as you'll know 32 X $3.21= over a hundred to fill up my darn gas tank...although it'll last a while....still put a hole in my pocket. People are tellin me that it's gonna go up to around 4 dollars here so fill up as soon as possible.

My sister-in-law has it made.

She works for LabCorp as a courier. She pays $75.00 a month for the private use of the company car, and a FREE GAS CARD!

They can go anywhere they want after hours, and the gas is free!

I am now riding the bus to work. Employer pays 30.00 and I pay 15.00 not bad!!!! Plus no traffic jams. Kinda noticed that the bus needs detailed.
