This morning, I went to a BP station , and they were out of gas altogether. I live in NJ, and expected the states closer to the gulf that were effected by the hurricane to have problems. But the Northeast?
I was able to get gas @ a LUKOIL, but they are consistently 15 cents more expensive than other stations in my area.

The gas situation is going to have a big effect on how people live. The extra money spent is going to chip away at people's disposable income. I've actually changed my driving habits. I pay more attention to the RPMs and shift to a higher gear earlier. I don't get the same driving excitement but a tank of gas lasts just a little longer
