This is the first time I've tried to post a picture so I'll see how it goes.
I picked this up a few years ago, and after a short stint as my daily driver it is now waiting to be restored.

My dad had a 1979 Trans-Am WS6. It was black but he custom ordered it from Pontiac with a blue bird on the hood. Black cars came with a gold/tan bird on the hood. He still talks about that car every day. His mother and father got 1979 Trans-Ams after he did and they too talk about those 79 TA's on a regular basis.
Some of the stories I hear about my dad and what he did with that car make me go

1999 Mazda 626 ES-V6
Pretty rough when I bought it. You can see how the rear passenger side door looked-the entire car looked like that in the sun! The rear fender was polished twice by hand with Meguiars #82 Swirl Free Polish, the door was untouched.
35 or so hours worth of polishing into the paint over the next two years:
