Our IT guys for the Department swears by Avast, never tried AVG, may shoot that name across there noses and see what they say.
My computer is an '03 (updated ram and video) and I have not had to reformat this thing, I use a Registry cleaner and I have **** Cleaner and I pc pitstop it once in a while. I need a new hard drive as the 40gb is packed full with junk and games even after uninstalling them. I have like 8gb pictures on it too!
