I agree with you on the pens. If not the Pens I would have to go with the Sabres. This is just based on how they have played against the bolts.

          Re: anyone follow NHL Hockey?

the thing with the sabres is they aren't a playoff team.

to young. inexperienced. but they may suprise us all.

but World Cup is coming up soon, so be a lot players playing for that now so coaches are watching.

Hey tp about you saying the Sabres are to young to be a playoff team, Its sounds like what everyone was saying about the Bolts a couple of years ago and look what they did! Only time will tell.

                yes true.

the one big difference is the Bolts had some older experience in Dave Anderchuk. a proven leader.

not taking anything away from the Sabs. they might very well wint it this year if all goes well.

Ducks vs. Sabers in the final.

I have had this bet for two years with my cousin (Native of Buffalo). I need to start saving for plane tickets now!!! If we can get tickets to all of the games I will be there.

The first round is going to be very very good this year. The matchups are good across the board.

Who are you rooting for now?

                          Re: anyone follow NHL Hockey?

Buffalo isn't going to make it.

if they do they won't get past either Pittsburgh or Devils.

                          that's the look right now.

Buffalo always chokes it out in the playoffs. just like the Sens.

i'd like to see Calgary take it. Iginla.

but who knows. its all open now in the NHL.

the bolts my friend will have to shut down the neutral zone trap that the devils are bringing back and try and find a way to solve Brodeur.

going to be a sweet series though.

The matchups this year are great. I agree that Buffalo will have a hard time getting through the big boys, but there record this year must count for something. Also, last year they pushed it to 7 in the final round... not really choking if you ask me.

I do agree that it will be open. There are a solid 6 contenders and any can take the cup this year.

Go Ducks... (I just can't help myself)
