  • anyone follow NHL Hockey?

So playoff time is fast approaching.

I'm a die hard Leafs and Edmonton Oilers fan and don't think either team will make it. its sad.

Pittsburgh is staying put for the time being with a new stadium coming soon, and they have a really good chance at winning it.

    any others?

        Red Wings, baby!!!

Of course, they never bothered winning the Stanley Cup for the 30 years I lived there but waited until well after I'd left to take it home 3 times. Oh, sure, they won it a bunch of times before I was born (including 4 times in the decade before my birth) but while I lived there? No. But still...........

Lecavlier has really turned it on this year.

            good Canadian guy too.

i mean he had all these expectations..."the michael jordan of hockey" as he was refferred to by his owner. but he never panned out that way.

he was stripped of his captaincy (smart move) and then allowed to just play and this is the end result. second in scoring right now to that **** named Crosby.

HABS. no way.they're setting up tee times as we speak. don't worry my leafs are too...haaaa.

Hey TP, I'm a true Leafs fan. I have yet to fall off the wagon. (come real close a few times, and it is getting lonley). However they played well last night. How bout that Sundin guy strong like bull and ready to go. Most of these guys are Canadian thus the saying "It's a Canadian Game" Saturday night will tell. As far as Crosby....wish he were my kid!

yeah that was a great solo effort by Sundin.

to bad he craps the bed the rest of the season and turns it on near playoffs. he did the same thing last year.

                TRADE HIM!!

                HE'S GARBAGE!!!

Well I have to say the leafs shut down my bolts something fierce last night. It seems that whenever we play Sundin he always on top of his game. But the bolts will prevail and go deep in the playoffs.

I still have a hard time believing after the better part of 2 seasons we still are having goalie issues. Hopefully one of them will get hot and run off a streak like homer did a couple of weeks ago. Maybe that will get us thru.

yes that is the problem in Tampa. your old goalie, can't remember his name right now, left for the green stuff. stupid move. and totally left tampa high and dry.

don't worry though. Toronto has problems everywhere.
