Certainly. I detailed my mother's Volvo for Mother's day and there are some deep scratches. Some of the scratches I may be able to fix by machine but I didn't have one. Furthermore, the plastic coating on the roof-rack is peeling and the leather seats have some heavy wear. It is so disappointing to look at the car and see all the wonderful progress the paint has made (most horrendous need for claying ever) and still see so many problems that just cannot be fixed. Their Saturn is just a lost cause.
