Ultimate Polish and Ultimate Wax a good combination. I like it. I just did a quickie on my car of Ult.Polish and Gold Class + another good combination.
Again, good work Greg and car love'n guard dog...
    Thank you, David.

UP/ GCCP sounds good too. I'll try it next time.
I had my back watched well during detailing.

I like that it offers much more room and comfort. The automatic transmission has 8 gears now to improve mileage. The car looks like X5's younger brother.

I wonder how X3's sales will hold up once X1 becomes available in the US. It may be a tough competition.
I havent actually seen a new X3 but im sure there is more room than the previous one. In the previous one there was hardly any room in that thing for a guy thats 6'2, 200lb.

Would be nice if my wagon had 8 but 6 is good enough. You said it was the 28i right?

After your UP Review I knew what to expect from the product. I like UP/ UW combo too.

    Greg,

Yeah but when you use M205 or UP, you still have to work in the product right? Nevertheless, that was really fast! Great job!

You can use any of your favorite protection products on top of UP. It shouldn't be any bonding issue at all. Good idea to pre-tread some spots with UC.

I hope Porky doesn't read it. He's scared of vacuum cleaners.

Meguiar's designed UP as a follow up after UC but of course it can be used separately (just like Pro version M105/ M205). For light defect removal UP will be enough but for serious stuff UC/ UP would be a better choice.
Totally agree . I will be going over the car with a fine tooth comb. If theres any signs of a scratch or swirl UC will be used prior to any polish.

Just curious do you follow it up with a wax like Gold Class Plus? Or do you feel the sealant is enough. I will be topping mine with a wax.

    Rappy.

I really like UP for pumping some rich oils into the paint. It took me about 4 hours to complete everything with glass, tires, wheels and trims.

Sorry, guys. I doubled this thread by mistake.

I asked our Administrators to delete one. I didn't detail this car twice.
