    Thank you.

M21 is a great sealant as well.

I'll post more pics in couple weeks (after washing the car) to see how well ULW holds.

The Body Shop goes first, then The Paint Shop where they use modern eco-friendly water based paints.

After that the body travels 1/3 mile through the tunnel to The Assembly Hall when VIN is added making it a personal vehicle. The doors get removed and travel to their own assembly line.

After installing a wire harness they place the body on Skid/ Tilt Transfer Station to get an unobstructed access. Carpeting, headliner and dashboard are installed next. Then windshield, rear window and seats. The doors are put back next.

The last stop is The Marriage Area where powertrain is put from underneath and robots tight the mounting bolts from the bottom. After front grill and wheels installation the vehicle touches the ground where all fluids are added and the engine gets started for the first time. That's the end of assembly. It took 40 hours total.

That's certainly a neat thing to have.

It is super cool to see the production video of your vehicle being assembled.

I just bought 2 bottles of UP and 2 bottles of ULW! I can't wait to try them out, and this thread confirms it, that the results will be quite impressive!
    Thank you.

Yes, it's 28i 240hp, no turbo. The production has been moved to USA (Spartanburg, SC just like X5) from Austria. X1 is assembled in Leipzig, East Germany, and should hit US market this fall.

You won't be disappointed with UP/ ULW combo.

    Either way, brilliant work.
Beautiful dog you have there too.
    Thank you, Nick.

That's my new personal ride. It replaced the black X3.

He's a great companion and really likes car rides. If I leave a car door open he gets in immediately.

Would be nice if my wagon had 8 but 6 is good enough. You said it was the 28i right?
