You are insane(in a good way)
Is it like a new product meant to be better for the environment than Bond-O
The green filler is called Dura glass it is reinforced with fibers to add strength it goes on first for deeper deeper damage than its top coated with a finner smoother filler made by Evercoat called Rage Gold. Bondo Brand filler is like over the counter. If you want the good stuff you need to go to an Auto Body supplier.
Don't blame for going this route. Since it's a work truck.
The metal came back better than I thought I used the access holes on the underside of the gate with a few PDR tools to work the crease and deeper dents out first and after I got the metal to quit flexing back it was ready for mud.

Oh wow!.. Your doing the first initial sanding/shaping by hand? You need to get an air powered long board and fly through that!!
I have one in the tool box but I like the feel of hand board to rough in. With 36 g it cuts fast than 80 g ,hand block w/ 10 in and 120g, 180g and Top coat with Evercoat Rage Gold and than switch to "BERTHA" A Hutchins4.5 x 8.5 flat board D/A 180g than 240g than prime.
