Not all of them do, only certain colors. I did a dark gray one and it had clear.

Ah, the Lancer Evolution...

the most enjoyable car I ever had.

I thought the Acura NSX was good but the Evo was better, IMO.

I'm looking forward to owning an Evo X somewhere down the line...

wow, that's incredible! I wouldnt have thought single stage, especially something this new, but the weight thing makes great sense. If it's me, Id rather have the last model evos, the new ones look a little odd to me

Yep single stage. Mitsu uses a single stage paint to save weight. 15 pounds to be exact. Remember this is a rally car. They only use clear on their metallics.
