Thanks for the info and the compliments Even the nice pic of my front fender has holos though. They are just BARELY noticeable. Not to discredit you guys but I was doing fine with a power drill and even once with the rotary last year. I just done had to be "re-learned' cuz I forgot how I was doing stuff.....and I took some bad advice initially this year. One quick thing, I really like what I am hearing about M205. It sounds like something I would really like to move to this weekend. BUT you mentioned that switching to a milder liquid would be more beneficial. By that did you mean finer (as in M205) or milder (as in Scratch x or Machine glaze)?
Also, the thing I have been wondering all along is, if you just said its easier to get a better finish using a DA, then why the hell do people use a rotary?!?! I assume the rotary is more efficient? Also, my DA only takes bonets what type of bonet do I use? Or do I need to get a better DA that takes pads?
