As mentioned above, PlastX is the perfect product for that surface because it is specifically designed for "clear plastics".
As far as your question goes, a good clean foam applicator for application and a clean dry premium microfiber like our Supreme Shine for removal....The removal cloth will be your key as to not re-scratch the surface.
Do the inside and out, and let the product do the work for you...Smooth even application, and no need to let the product dry. Simply wipe it off while it is still wet.

If PlastX isn't aggressive enough to get the results you are looking for, we've had excellent results with both M105 and M205 on clear plastics via the PC and 4" pads. As always test from least aggressive to most aggressive
The car maybe fast and a Ferrari and all that but I wasn't impressed by the fit and finish. The interior was very sparse and crude. It was a straight up race car and not much of a work of art like other cars are.
