    Well, since already off topic I just read a test about bottled water vs tap water they made here in Helsinki and the tap water was better in every way than expensive bottled water like Evian.

      I think his main point was to see what would make people want a $250 detail job over the $99 ones. What goes through peoples minds. Where some people don't care and just want what is least expensive, the others want the more expensive, just because it is more expensive, and is probably better, for reasons they do not know. The middle group will ask questions to find out differences and then make a decision based on that. I don't know why he would ask, I thought he knew. Maybe someone complained about his pricing, and this was his way to vent. Maybe he wanted to know why people would just jump on the cheaper "water."

      Maybe I am not even close to knowing what is going on here.
