Very happy with UPW, may put off layering with Gold Class.
Re: Very happy with UPW, may put off layering with Gold Class.
What would you guys reccomend for a detailer? I use UQD now, and it's about to run out; I have been incredibly happy with it. Since I use it fairly often, I have thought about buying one of the larger 25 dollar bottles that I assume are professional line, but what about the Gold Class and regular Quik Detailer for working on the UPW sealant?

Sorry, that was short for liquid wax applied with a dual-action polisher (DA)
I like to match the QD & QW to the final wax, so in my case, I was using Gold Class and now Detailer D301, both carnauba waxes, so I use Gold Class Quik Detailer, Gold Class Quick Wax, and Ultimate Wash & Wax Anywhere (which has carnauba) to maintain the finish. I think there is less variation in the QDs and more in the QWs. The waterless wash product, UWWA, is an amazing detailer, wash, and re-waxer that recently changed my life, greatly reducing my workload in keeping a black non-garaged daily driver looking like a show car.

As Mike Phillips would say find what you like and use it often. If you like UQD and you want to save a little more money consider getting the gallon version of M135. Any QD will work with any wax. UQD/M135 will give you hydrophobic properties that GC won't.
