A dramatic improvement, your paint definitely responded well to UC alone.. A step ladder and a long extension cord and more time and patience is needed for working on your car's roof. At least you established the proper technique, pad and product combination earlier. Now go and apply ultimate polish or a pure polish for even more depth, and Ultimate Wax to finish it all up. Your paint should look real crisp after.

Your protection should last considerably using them. For car wash, gold class car wash is a good choice, just use quality car wash mitts to prevent those nasty swirls..

thanks for the info, I use gold class wash and the meguiars mitt. I use a cheaper mitt just for the wheels.

I have similar spider webs on sections of the car. I just ordered a DAPG110v2 with yellow and black 2.0 7inch pads. I also have the DA POWERsystem.

Products I plan on working with to test would include: Deep crystal paintcleaner, Ultimate Polish, Scratch X 2.0, Ultimate Compound.

I also have a bit of Cleaner Wax, but I think it has the same cleaning abilitiesas Deep Crystal Cleaner or Ultimate Polish.

Will be using the Solf Buff 2.0 Yellow Pads for my products I'm testing on my spiderwebs. I was wondering if I have the right "scale up" of the aggressiveness from DCP to Ultimate Compound. I kind of wished they fill in the gap where Swirl X left off, because I hear Ultimate Polish doesn't fill that gap; and so it's a big jump from Ultimate Polish to Scratch X2.0, unless I dive into the Mirror Glaze line.
