and the funny thing i find about your paint job plan is that if you do apply that self healing paint to your car..... the paint will be cost more than what the car is worth.... and you wont really need it once you find out how to properly detail your car to the point where you dont get swirls no more.....

i think you should not consider a new paint job if you are just going to paint it the same color because it is bad for your wallet.... the new paint might be just as hard to detail in another way....you are running away from learning more about how to detail more challenging paint....

I planing just to apply only the clear coat, not repainting the car. They will wetsand the coat
      and apply a fresh one.

that sounds like even more skills and labor than repainting the whole car from primer up.... because they would have to be so careful to not sand through the color coat and also make sure all the old clear coat is gone....sounds like hard to get a perfect finish...

but if you can get a good deal on it and have some kind of warrenty i guess you can do that.... but i'd rather have the whole car repainted primer up..... honda paint isnt exactly known for their durability either seeing that theres a significant amount of late model hondas with clear coat failure..... so you might as well replace it all to do a more complete job and less chance of imperfection....

i still think keeping it and detailing it to its maximum potential is the best choice.... and the amount of paint taken off by DA with the proper cleaners will only take out enough to get rid of swirls without putting the paint in danger.....
