    The NXT Liquid is more likely to streak than the Paste. The Paste hazes more quickly for quicker wipe-off. The Paste is slightly more durable too. I know that's not the official Meguiars position but that has been my experience.

    Also, the Paste can be applied with a G100. All you have to do is spread some on the pad with a knife or spatula. It's not rocket science.

      NXT Paste. I find it easier to apply and control. Looks absolutely great on my Reflex Silver Jetta.

        I said NXT Paste, because that's what I use on my wife's metallic silver Malibu. I don't seem to waste as much of the paste as I do liquid. The NXT seems to make the metal flake pop a little more than the Gold Class.
