    Thejoyofdriving,

If you were planning to do a pre-polish step with a product like DC#2 or #7- definately NXT

If you do not plan to do a pre-polish step, gold class (GC has copious amounts of moisteurizing oils in it, I think NXT just has a tiny bit of Oils)

Either way, feel the paint first, after washing of course, if you feel any grit then clay first & go over it with a cleaner.

#21 by far the best. Just like NXT except it lasts alot longer.

Applied by hand my choice is GC liquid – last about 4 weeks here
Applied by PC #21 – still testing going on 5 months and looking good

I cant wait till more people vote so i can finally make a decision, every one has a diffrent opinion so hopefully i can get some more statistics, i really want maximum gloss, reflection and depth, i apply wax every week so it doent matter how long it takes or how long the wax lasts aslong as it provides lots of protection for daliy driving and of course gloss, reflection, shine and makes my car look show car perfect!

Go with NXT paste. But if you are going to wax once a week, then your only fooling yourself by not getting a G100. It will give the results you are inquiring about.

"Old?" Yes, it has been around for a while. New does not always mean better.
Light colors do not have deep reflections like darker colors. I have used GC and NXT, both good waxes. And get a G100, trust me.

                            Thejoyofdriving,

By hand I would pre polish with Deep Crystal #2, remember your paint dries out just like your skin, and this product is just like putting a moisteurizer on your skin, it's the oils in the paint that give it the rich look primarily. I have an aspen silver '99 BMW 740i and pre polish then use NXT paste, even though it's silver I find that the pre polish step definately adds.

Prep is 90%. also use this

The clay will remove bonded contamenants.
