Here is my 1970 428 Cobra Jet Mach One. It runs mid 11's on street tires. Just having some fun downshifting at 30 MPH into second gear and mashing the gas. It is a original 428 CJ car.
Here is the engine prior to reinstalling it after a fresh rebuild and detail. Engine bored .030 over, 282H cam, zero decked the block, milled heads and 12 to 1 compression.
This is one of my favorites. My brother gave me this plate frame off of his race car. Read and enjoy. When I am at a stop light, you would not believe how many people read it and smile.
Here are some pictures of the other toy. It is a 1967 Camaro convertible. All stock. 327 engine, power glide trans. The wife enjoys driving this one.
I downloaded the picture you inserted to my hard drive and then uploaded it in your gallery here on MOL. The problem with photos hosted on other sites is when these sites go down, or remove photos, you you swap out old photos with new photos, then our threads have Red X's in them.
Here's the link to your photo gallery here on MOL,
If you want to include a photo in your message, the best way to do this is to,
1) First crop and resize your photo to a maximum of 700 pixels wide 2) Upload your photos into our Photo Gallery 3) then use the IMG tags to insert your photo into your message.
Yes, this does take more time, but by doing it this way your image endures over time in the thread. All other ways eventually lead to red x's.
Also, we don't allow using the Attach File option on this forum because over time it corrupts the database and what happens is the wrong pictures show up in messages. For example you might be talking about yellow Mazda in your message, but down the road when you pull up the thread and read the message there is now a blue Ford truck where the yellow Mazda used to appear. By using the Photo Gallery these kinds of mistakes will never happen.

Does that go for all photos, or just for car related images?
I have a few non-auto related photos to my posts in the Break Room that are linked to third party servers to help save on MOL's hard drive storage space.

I don't know the answer to this. What I do know is that sometimes when people post pictures in our forum where the pictures are hosted on other photo hosting websites, sometimes down the road the photos quit showing up.
I'll take a guess that at these free photo hosting sites, you only get so much room, therefor what likely happens is that as time goes by, a person will remove some photos to make room for new photos. The end result however is wherever this person posted these now deleted photos, a red x will show up.
It all comes down to finding a permanent home for your photos. For this reason, we prefer to have photos posted on MOL to be hosted in our Gallery and thus the reason I and others try to encourage people to learn how to work with photos inside the vbulletin environment.

Not to mention that the MOL hosted photos tend to load faster for dial-up users too.
