I see I'm not alone when it comes to a clean car. I have people tell me how they would eat off my engine b/c of how clean it is. I have people calling me "anal"..
I have to have clean vehicles, why would anyone want my services if my vehicles are dirty? At one point for a span of approx. 6 months I would clean off my car every day after work.
The eyes were always lookin my way..

Its funny this post is put up by someone else.My neighbors used to say That guys always washing his car.But now Ive got the cleanest block in Round Lake.Ive educated those who care about their vehicles.Even detailed a bunch. When I turn on my lights in the garage it glows from down the block.Slowly all my neighbors are becoming Car Crazy.

Everytime I wash my car, someone will inevitably say, "you gonna do mine next?"

My reply is usually, "why not, I could use some extra cash."

I love this quote, I will need to remember that next time.

I get those questions from my wife all the time. "Didn't you wash the car last weekend?" I try to wash it every weekend and use the Quik Detailer every couple of days. The neighbours think I've lost it.

When we had what they call Stage 3 water restrictions here you weren't allowed to hose your cars. So I would get out there in the rain and wash it (the rain wasn't falling in the catchment areas). That really got the neighbours talking.

Ah..."the look!" I know it well.....

You should really see the looks when people walk by and see me using my set of dental picks to remove wax etc from little crevices!

                Metal tooth picks?

Wouldn't that be rough on the paint & such?

Dental picks...and they could be if one is not really careful. But sometimes wax gets into a spot that nothing else will remove it or can reach it. I will not pick at painted areas but instead use it behind headlight bezels etc... I wrap a MF towel around the pick itself. The little tip pokes through the cloth and removes the wax while the MF towel protects the surrounding metal.

I would not use it for removing wax from around emblems!

I will try and take a photo of what I am referring to and post it.
