Yes, but I have heard of cases, mainly in the dry desert Southwest, where the aviation formulation has made the left blinker actually illuminate green. This is ill-legal and you can be ticketed! But, the aviation landing light fluid increases the candle power of automotive head and fog lights. I replaced my standard light fluid with it and it is like I have an H.I.D. system. Well worth the price!

Most car manufactures are now changing over to a polychromatic blinker fluid since many car now have both amber and red signals not to mention the green arrows on the dash. Not sure if its an aviation grade!?!?

IMO the polychromatic fluids give a much deeper color to the blink.

Maybe you should change to a lighter weight elbow grease.

The blinker system also needs to be flushed using a good prop wash before refilling with new fluid.

You can wipe off any residue with a good set of grid squares.

Is that close to the radiator fuse?

It is no where near the radiator fuse....It should be right next to the muffler bearing housing, unless you are talking about a mid sixties Metropolitan, then it should be found right below the exhaust intake meter.

I think some mid-engine cars have the blinker fluid reservoirs up front by the radiator fuses, especially V8 and V12 powered cars that have dual exhausts with really wide muffler bearing housings.
