Arrogant, cocky, or confident? Aren't they all the same? YOU have knowledge about a certain subject, and they do not. Therefore, I feel that you are not arrogant or "whiny". If you don't mind me asking, do you do well with your business?
If you live around Charlotte, NC and would like your car detailed, PM me.
No way Nick! We've been friends for quite awhile now and had numerous phone conversations, you have never came off as arrogant or whiny to me. Keep doing what you do. If it happens on our forum please feel free to let us know.

Hi Nick, Although I have only been here for nearly a year. I would not say so. Its funny I have been called the same. I find people can get very jealous.
Knowledge is power and you have a lot with ref to detailing. Keep up the great work from a UK detailer .
Dang Nick , are you at it again ? Whoever is on your case obviously doesn't know you very well and or has never met you. And to be hard working and as busy as you are , I don't see you having the time to be arrogant or whiney. I think your reputation will be just fine and the majority of us are behind you.You just need to be yourself not worry about some internet jerk . Now if you were only as good looking as me then you would have it made. .
Live like you're not afraid to die.Don't be scared, just enjoy your ride. Chris Ledoux RIP

I agree with Mike Stoops in that you can't be arrogant & whiney both. To me you appear to be confident and people that are jealous see that as arrogance.
On another forum (not detailing) I was called condescending & inaccurate and according to my wife I might be inaccurate but I would never be condescending, so don't worry about what people that don't know say and stay true to your friends.

You repair things with tools. You fix things with a hammer.
