            MOL has always been very open regarding posts involving other products, even from competitors. Marcki is just sharing a good deal that she found, which is no different than the thread someone else posted about finding AutoGlym LSP at Walmart

              +1 and why I love this forum. It may be owned by Meguiars, there isn't a gestapo mentality of "Meguiars Only".

              Not to mention, detailing supplies is just a small part of Griot's inventory.

                    Griots wants $90 for a gallon of dressing, I'd rather spend that $90 buying three gallons of Meguiars All Season Dressing.

                    The $25 coupon wouldnt even cover the cost of a Microfiber drying towel from them either.

                        I wouldn't consider any of their liquid products or their buffers. Subtract that from their catalog line-up and they have a bunch of cool stuff. I was considering buying some of it even before I got this coupon, especially this.

                        People have mentioned things sold at Autogeeks, they also sell products that compete with Meguiar's. We mention Walmart and Autozone, who also sell products that compete with Meguiar's.

                        So, yes, I hesitated as to whether to share this deal, but then decided it would be uncourteous not to.

                          I agree their prices are pretty high, but the waffle weave towel I bought from them rocks! Its huge!

                            I think I owe my eventually finding MOL to a paper Griot's catalog that got sent to my husband. It was fun to look through. I was impressed with the buffer and googled it to see what people said. The hits I got mentioned that it would only hold one size pad, and they recommended the Porter Cable. Googling that gave me broader hits into the detailing community. Between that and my searching for how to fix a scratch and how to detail your own engine got me to YouTube, where I eventually found some Meguiars videos. And I was impressed! the rest is history.
