It's a bit damp here in Irvine today.
These pictures were taken from our second floor Customer Care Center area, overlooking our parking lot and street. The sidewalk is underwater, never mind the road!!
Here's the storm drain from our main building. Those of you who have been to our Saturday or Thursday Night classes will recognize the garage doors.

That's a PT Cruiser cutting a wake through the intersection. You can see the base of the fire hydrant is under water. And yes, it is that dark out at 3:00 in the afternoon!!

This is our co-worker Ash Erickson leaving the office. He works in our Marine division, so he should feel right at home today!!!

This might be the same PT Cruiser from that earlier shot. Maybe he's just out having some fun, splashing around in the puddles like a little kid!


A Dodge Ram comes charging through!


And the 5 Series BMW is up to his front plate in the water.

For the record, as I type this the sun has come out and the water is already receding to the point you could walk across the street without getting your ankles wet. Let alone your knees.
