I know, it *****! Another stumper is how wax bonds to the paint surface. Ive found out that wax is mainly composed of isoparaffinic hydrocarbons (Napthas) and that they form chain structures that protect the paint. But what I dont know is how they are attracted to the paints surface. Really, why hasnt any research been done on this topic? Its kind of sad but I do understand why its not published..

Do not make assumptions and treat it as fact just from reading comments made by wannabe chemists on net. Please understand that propriety information is just that...... In today's market, everyone is keeping their cards close to their chest and for good reason...

Why not research the library at a local college? Forget the Internet as there are too many 'experts' out there....

Oh....and please let's avoid the language that causes the language filter to leave asterisks as it is a family site and plus it just plain looks bad...

I have the finished product if anyone's interested Oh and didn't mean to offend anyone, I forgot MOL doesnt like the bl-ws word and the s-cks word. Wont do it again.
