...Why don't you go back and talk to her. Tell her it has been bothering you and you would like to know what the problem was with getting wax in the paint chips. Or if you have her number you could call her...

Good idea. This would let her know that you care about your clients and at the same time will do anything (within reason) to keep a client happy. You certainly don't want her going around bad mouthing you.

Don't mean to hijack ,but I just put this to the test on my car a metallic green. Really can't see the difference and the only reason why I haven't posted pics is because you really cant see a difference. Just waiting for durability. I think I'm gonna try on a black car next.

I honestly cannot imagine an easier to apply and remove wax/sealant than NXT 2.0. How long does it generally last for you?

NXT lasts about 3 weeks on a garaged car, Swissvax Saphir last 3 months. I currently use Ultma Paint Guard Plus, starting with 3 layers, then topped with Swissvax. So far the Ultima Paint Guard Plus has lasted the longest.

TC, the only reasons she has of complaining is if there was dried wax build up within the paint's rock chips, and that would be a noticeable error. Or if she wanted to have them painted... I too have experienced picky people, you can learn a lot from the experiences with them though.

She probably has another detailer going to do a wetsanding touch-up on those rock chips, so I guess you will not be seeing this customer again!
