eek, yeah i also thought of that..but if someone even scratched my car..i think i'd be too pissed at this young age.

and plus i came to a realization it should be about my parents..it looks kind of wrong when i'm driving a new whip and my dad still got his 11 year old car =/
idk but i feel terrible if i get a new car but heck yea i want a new car.
but phew..hm

It sounds like you have a great deal of respect for your parents and the efforts they have done. Especially, since they want you to focus on your education (a very noble goal). If I were you, I would just continue to use the Accord. It is a perfectly fine car and reliable. ( For the record, my wife who just finished her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree, commuted for years in a battered '94 Accord. The car was and is reliable and it took its share of dings and scrapes (the University was located within the city), towed once, chased more than once by a mentally unstable patient ( a Psych. wing at the hospital), and was basically anonymous. ( A big plus in a not so nice section of the city).

Of course, I understand the desire for a new car. But, it would make much better sense after you finish school.

yeah, there's nothing cool about driving a new car when you're just a kid still i came to that realization and i have tons of respect for my parents and i want the best for them
