    Cool HDR style Shots of the 2011 Ford Fiesta

    To be clear, they are not true triple shot HDR shots, but they are raw shot 25 second exposure (night shots), and raw high quality day shots.

    I think some came out REALLY cool. I have them hosted in a "set" on Flickr for my www.Fiestamovement.com work.

    Very cool shots Mark. What are they using them for, advertising?

    I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

      Well, not in a traditional sense, but I guess you could say that in a guerrilla marketing kind of way.

      I just took them for fun, and I am also using them to create a custom blog/website for myself to showcase the Fiesta, and at some point my detailing company/work.

      Here is a basic example of the top of my site (Font for Agent 67 soon to be changed).

            Must admit, those cars look mighty fun. Nice logo, the HDR shots are blocked since I'm working on some overdue projects (Sunday night, boo).

              It is a lot of fun to drive...and the special attention you get for having the only one on the road in town is sure fun!

                  The federalized (AKA American version) is not 100% released yet since the crash testing is on-going, but we were told during orientation to expect the car to be 95% the same.                   Hence the Ford slogan: ONE Ford.                     You'd think that was some crazy new conept, as long as it took to realize it.

                      The reason no one really does it is because of the massive differences in culture and taste around the world.

                      A lot of Americans would say a lot of the cars in Europe are ugly, and vice versa... so it is going to take some adjustment and some skill to find a blend of the two cultures and tastes to find a product ALL markets like.

                        I'm just saying I have seen a lot of Corrola's years ago....

                        But you are right, they are going to have to tone down the country specific things... hopefully it can still stay a little edgy, and not like a Corrola.

                            I've been following the movement and am very excited about spotting one. I know there are several running around Chicago.

                            I can guarantee yours will be the only one returned in better condition then when you received it. Have you posted your detailing routine yet?

                              So far I have only been washing it and coating it with UQW and UQD. I am in the midst of trying to figure out possibly filming some How-To videos... we'll see
