    Re: Dodge Magnum Exhuast

If you are looking for information and knowledge on the 'LX' cars (Magnum,300,Charger) you can't do better than hooking up with 'lxforums.com'. Search for my posts, I've done several writeups, I'm 'MikeEast' over there as well...

I have a Zoomers catback on my Magnum RT and it's the last exhaust change I'll be making - it's V4.0 and I've easily spent twice what I paid for while trying out other flavors and configs. I also gained a repeatable 25 ft lbs of torque after installing the Zoomers. (repeatable within 5 ftlbs, two different dynos, two different times)

Pictures and videos are somewhere underneath --> http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v619/MikeEast/

Good Luck with your choice and let us know what you came up with!

I think i'll go with the borla catback system 125. Borla is pricey but like mark said, they are high performance and priced accordingly. I emailed borla with some ?'s and this is what they had to say....
      Hello,
Thanks for your interest in our product! It sounds like you've already
convinced yourself of the 140125! I joke, but in all actuality it is
our most popular part for your car & it's what I would recommend for you
as well. The 140112 is just a peep louder than stock at idle & will
open up a little more at WOT. The 140125 is noticeably louder at stock
but not obnoxious. At light throttle you'll just barely hear the hint
of an aftermarket exhaust system. As you do accelerate with the 140125
you'll hear more of the deep, throaty, growl. At cruising speeds it
mellows/evens out. And at WOT it's what the exhaust SHOULD sound like
from the factory! I would also recommend checking out www.YouTube.com
for video clips if you haven't already. If you have any other questions
      please let me know.

      Regards,
      Chris Higgins
