Congratulations!
It turned out great.

Just as a possible help to anyone facing a similar problem, SEM is great to work with.
I repainted some GM plastic body cladding with their products and after I contacted them telling them what I was intending to do, they e-mailed me step by step instructions.
They told me:
What to soap clean the panels with.
What Scotch-Brite pad to use with the soap.
What to use for the prep product. (Primer)
What to use for the adhesion promoter.
The product to use for the finish coat.
They explained what the steps accomplished, the importance of timing, and the importance of following the procedure exactly.
Great products, great people to work with, great results.
The refinish job is at least three years old now and still looks great.

Care to share the instructions? I repaint plastic/vinyl every now and then and always like more tips and tricks.

If I can find them, I would be glad to.
Keep in mind that this was done three years ago and I think I received the instructions in an e-mail. Chances are pretty good the e-mail has long since been deleted.
I did find the invoice for the products I used.

While I didn't find the specific information they sent me, I did find the PDF that has instructions for many types of SEM coatings.

Chances are that what they sent me was a cut and paste of one of them.
The first one titled Refinishing Flexible and Rigid Plastic seems very familiar.
