I went and picked it up today. The only thing that doesn't work still, that is of absolutely no concern to me, is the WiFi button. I pretty much never, ever turn WiFi off so no biggie. I simply made the point before since it should work.
My media remote works now. Quickplay works properly now. They even replaced my Lightscribe drive that got partially broken like two years ago that I had never mentioned since it wasn't a defect (stupid backpack zipper :P). Guess they got tired of messing with it too, lol.
Only took something like 9.5 months for them to get it almost 100% right, but I'm happy to have it back. Been installing programs for almost 2 hours now and still have more to go.
