I am lucky, I have all my goods shipped to my work (County Jail) and we are open 24hrs a day

Glad it was a simple mistake. Had me going that someone stole the packages. The thing I find strange is my UPS driver, had the same one the last 4 years always makes us sign for the packages. Never had a problem or a claim with them. I guess different parts of the country have different rules.

No kidding...even my neighbor laughed at it since or doors are like 30 feet appart and face each other. I had a big sign on the door and the card with a big green bow!

At this time of year the common carriers often hire extra delivery people. Some don't know the streets well and may deliver to the wrong address. They get about 12 hours of deliveries loaded on their trucks and are urged to get it done in 8. Many of the carriers now use all independent delivery guys who own their own trucks. Not sure about UPS but my FEDEX guy is independent.

This is a lousy time to be a delivery guy. Crappy weather compounds the problem. Their biggest issue is time management.
