    Funny you say that, we talked to an attorney yesterday, and that's exactly what we're doing. Because you're right, there is no telling how long they both will suffer from this. Now, or down the road.

      I would thoroughly analyze hourly vs. contingency fee payment. In many cases hourly is more cost effective.
