Oh yeah.....one other thing. Un-tie your shoes while waiting in line at the security checkpoint. You will have to take them off. No gel inserts in your shoes either. So make sure your not "gellin' like a felon" Better yet, wear slip on shoes.

Yep I always wear sandals when I fly and another thing is to keep a zip lock bag in your pokect (sometimes they provide them) so that before you walk up to security, put all your personal belongings in it. That way when you have to put stuff in the bin, all you have is one zip lock bag, your shoes and your carry on. Even faster when you pick it up, grab your bag and go somewhere and sit down to put everything back in your pockets.

I remembered the gum but it didn't get any. My ear's only popped taking off and then when we started to land.
