        Roadrunners, rabbits (millions of them it seems at times!), coyotes, red tailed hawks, bobcats, lizards, mountain lions..... yeah, we're pretty well covered.

                          Not the best shots, but I was snapping the family at the beach early Sunday Morning (after the Irvine Saturday class), and saw this pelican...



                          It looked like he was going to dive bomb a surfer!



                          Looks like he missed his fish.



                          He eyed the surfer for a minute...



                          Then decided to take off!
