  • Titanium paint!!!

Ok so i detailed a BMW today. Removed all swirls and scratches. The only thing is this car must have been bullet proof . It is honestly the hardest paint i have ever worked on. Just for the light swirls that i could usually get off with ( rotary ) #80 w/ 8006 pad, it took #85 w/ 7006 and for the mild swirls it took #85 with the wool pad and still took a few passes! I wish i had some 105 to see how that would work on it but #85 is the strongest i have right now. After 9 hours of extreme buffing i finally was able to wax and enjoy. The pic below is just a pic of the car not the finished product. I believe i took this pic just after washing before i clayed it. Sorry no after pics, I forgot to take them. It was late and he needed to get it home before it started raining so no time.

Car looks amazing. The BMW's I've worked on seem to have soft paint. I haven't worked on the M3 so I wonder if that line jus thas harder paint. definitely one of my favorite cars. Great job on the polishing.

Anyone know if that is a stock BMW color? Almost looks like a custom color. I like it....a lot!
