Finally got into an actual shop!!!

We have finally got moved out of the garage, and into a shop! I'm really excited about this move, and looking forward to working in our new location.
We are still going to be a mobile based business, but the garage at the house was getting smaller and smaller everyday. Something had to change. We do a lot of cars mobile, but we also do a lot of cars at our location too. I really didn't like a lot of people coming to our house, and I'm sure it didn't look very professional either.


Here are some pictures of the shop. Please excuse the bare walls I'll be working on personalizing it a little more in the near future. And we will be putting a sign up in the next couple of days. We are leasing 1 bay door and an office. I know it's not much, but it's a HUGE step up from what we had before!

For some reason those shelves look a lot smaller here And we actually have an office now It's located behind the window in this picture


Anyhow, I'm really excited about this and I just wanted to share it with you guys

Yeah, headed to buy some more shelves tomorrow

Yes, we can wash there. I made sure of that first. We also use a water containment system to reclaim our waste water. So we shouldn't have any problems.

Hey Nick! Congrats on that big move of yours, I was just wondering why whenever you post something with pictures I just cant view the pictures and this only happens with you, I have no problems viewing pictures of the other members.

I, myself, have been toying with the idea of getting a shop to suppliment my mobile business.

Out of couriosity how much is that going to run you monthly. (If you don't wanna say, no problem)It looks like you are in Cali, so it can't be cheap.

I'd rather not say the price, but I'm not in Cali. I'm a Texas boy

The cost was quite a bit cheaper, due to me just leasing part of the building. It's all bills paid, including a DSL connection

The owner of the building also restores classic cars. You can see the red Mustang in one of the pictures. The building is full of classics and a couple of exotics that he's working on. Super guy, and also a customer

Thanks for all of the kind words guys! I hope this pumps business up a little more. But the most important thing is I now have a comfortable work place. So much more room that the garage at home, and I have a place to lock the van up at night!

No, not married. But I do have a very understanding girlfriend. The one thing that I've learned is to budget my time. I dedicate a lot of time to my business, but I always make time for our little family
