I didn't know that was on Wikipedia. I actually have the original gatefold sleeve album of that very concert! The Chicken should have had one of these on(Bullet proof):

I'd say the autopsy is real enough. Whether the individual in question is actually an alien or just some poor unfortunate with a genetic disorder, well, I speculate that only the government knows that. I should think it would be rather difficult to do a lot of special effects with video in the 1950's, so the video must be real enough.
