Can you put cam2 in any vehicle? Sure you don't want to use it in a daily driver but high performance vehicles straight from the factory.

    • $2.15 a gallon for me this week. (BP/Amoco)

But I can't understand why K-1 kero is selling so high for? Citgo is selling it for $3.29 a gallon!

I hear that Citgo is fully owned by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez. Isn't he the one that said that he will bring down the USA?....If that's the case then Citgo will not get any business from me, if I can help it.

I used to only fill up at Citgo and encouraged others to do so as well to slightly curb funnelling money to the mid-east, until Chavez started his rants.

I would walk or hybrid-it, but then I'm only playing into the far-left environmentalists hands.

I care about the environment and all, but realistically, there are many industries that dwarf the cumulative auto emissions of the world. That, and a properly maintained V12 truck with 42" super-swampers and 250,000 miles on it would probably pollute far less than a 4-banger with leaky seals, sludge-for-oil, rusty radiator, a hermetic seal for an air filter, and deflated tires. Oh, how I hate deflated tires. And I see plenty of them.

Basically, they'll take my car (and my gun) from my cold, dead hands. Don't even get me started on how much harm is done to the environment just formulating the chemicals to go in hybrid and electric cars' batteries. You'll help the environment much more by driving a 3-cylinder car or taking mass transit than bringing electricity into the equation.

Don't let this remark hijack this thread, either. Go about your business, rant over....

Oh, yeah, and maybe the super-swampers were a bit of a hyperbole, too.
My car's so shiny I can see your car's swirls in its reflection.

            • las time I got gas, it was 2.44 a gallon for 93, I can't use 87, so I didnt look how much it cost. I do have to get gas tomorrow, so I'll post up the new price. I get my gas at Sam's. (A discount club you pay an annual membership to be in that sells 87 and 93 octane only, usually 0.05-0.10 cents cheaper than everywhere else. I get LOTS of gas.

              • Well, by george I received 4 prepaid BP-Amoco cards in the mail today! I had forgotten about entering the 2nd chance online sweepstakes a few months ago. I must have been a winner.

All total they are worth $25.00.

                Made my day.

                • At least the price is coming down again. I paid $2.32 a gallon for 93 octane (my car requires at 91 octane) over in Rockwall, TX (at my brother's) but when I got back over here to Arlington, it was $2.25. Too bad I didn't have enough gas to get from his house to mine.

I keep hearing the prices are coming down and crude price looks like its down but its yet to really reflect in gas prices here in Iowa. They have went down .04 I am sure its coming.

                    • Gas jumped to 2.05 from 1.89 Thursday . Oil did a bump up Friday with unrest in Nigeria. Natural gas has dropped a lot also. Last gas bill was not bad at all, but then we had temps in the 60's in January. Wierd

I read in the paper that stations are a little reluctant to lower their prices. Local (station) profits are running about double what they used to.

They sure don't mind going up at the drop of a hat though.

                        • Gas here just jumped AGAIN. From 2.49 to 2.63 overnight. Would not be suprised if it was 3 bucks by Memorial Day.

                          • Filled up my heep (jeep) for $49.98 today, it was pretty low, but $2.82 is steep for a high-schooler.

I'm sure glad I'm not drivin my dads expedition at $65-70 each fill up.
