I park way out with my Runner but for a different reason. I sucked at parking it for a long time until I got more comfortable with both shifting and just the size of it and I didn`t want to hit somebody elses car. Now I park away from other cars cause I have an electrical problem were I need to be jumped alot and I don`t want to be boxed in. About a week ago I parked at the near end space with nobody around me and came out to having a ferrari beside me and a vette in front of me. You gotta wonder what those guys were thinking parking next to me. Of course it gave me some time to check their cars out without getting funny looks and the ferrari was pulled over as far as possible but still it just seemed really weird for them to park near my truck. Maybe they thought I`d shield them from carts or something? A parking tip for places with garden centers is to park next to those. If the doors are open you won`t have to walk very far and you almost never have another car next to yours.
