Superficially attractive but lacking in depth? Nope. Plenty of depth along with the slickness.

    Next.

To be completely honest I wasn't a huge fan of the original NXT and much preferred M21/M16 on my cars. But this past Saturday I washed my PT Cruiser and put a coat of NXT 2.0 on just to try it out. The car has been sitting in the garage since then and today I went to wipe off the tiny little bit of accumulated dust with some UQD and a fresh, clean microfiber. I had to remind myself that all I did was wash the darn thing and put a very thin coat of NXT 2.0 on it. It feels unbelievably slick to the touch during the final wipe of UQD. I use UQD all the time so I know how it behaves, and I like it a lot. But darned if the car doesn't have that same super slick feel you get after a full wash/clay/polish/wax job. And I haven't done that in exactly 53 weeks - I know because one year ago today I was at a show in Arizona and the week before had detailed this car to within an inch of its life!

NXT 2.0 - this is seriously amazing stuff.

Oh, and before anybody throws up the "This thread is worthless without pics!" image, it's really, really difficult to take a picture of a slick feel.
    Slick like this?

Have to agree with the 2.0. Finally had time to clay, polish (m80) and wax before a big event last weekend. While I always forget to shoot pix of my own car, someone was nice enough to send me a good shot of it.

Still have some scratches in places I can't fix without ruining the pinstriping, I am getting better at removing some of them with finger-tip precision

I cannot wait to try it out. I am detailing my girlfriends dads Jeep here in a few weeks. It's a metallic tan, and I expect it to look very nice.

I am going to clay, do the 3 step cleaner/polish/wax and top it off with 2.0. I am extremely eager to try it.

I could agree with you a million times Mike!
I blows just about any I've use away and is like 4th of the cost. Easy to use and the slickness lasts and lasts......

    Here's my truck wearing it.

I had half a bottle of NTX left but decided to try NTX 2.0 over the week end. The stuff is unbelievable. The shine is the best I have ever had on my black BMW 530I. The only problem was that after 45 minutes of driving, the car was covered with pollen. It whipes off easily though.

    Love the stuff...

I used NXT 2.0 on 2 vehicles and I have to agree with it being very slick but I have also noticed that the cars don't have to be washed or QD'd as often. The 2.0 lasts much longer than the original and when the cars are dirty they still have an awesome shine. Because of the sheeting action, washing and drying times have decreased allowing me more time with my 12 week old grandson! A thanks to Meguiar's and all that contribute to this forum!

As soon as she let go it started sliding slowly toward her and she grabbed it. With a shocked look on her face she said "how did you do that!?!?!?"
Hmmmm, a new commercial maybe idea maybe???

I haven't tried it yet as I'm still trying to finish up my original NXT wax.

Wow...Sounds like I need to finish up the bottle of NXT 1.0 and get a bottle of 2.0 then... I just liked the NXT when it first came out because it went on SOOOOO easily (although, it doesn't last as long as the GC/#26 liquid/paste wax that I used to use). It sounds like NXT 2.0 is a vast improvement over the original!

I give my endorsement to NXT 2.0 . . . my llimited experience may not carry the weight that other veterans on the list have, but I washed, #80 and waxed my wife's van last weekend, she and my daughter took it on a trip and will be back tomorrow. They have driven it through lots of rain and I am anxious to see how the finish responds.

Great job on the NXT 2.0!

I agree... this stuff is awesome. I waxed my car a few weeks ago, and aside from the periodic UQD wipedown, my car is still slick and glossy!
