I apologize for the late question, have you had any issues with 30psi or by letting the air turn the pad? I have my compressor regulated a little higher but clean every pad the same way as you. I've used the large pad conditioning brush but don't feel like it's adequate. Near the end of the season last year I started turning my machine on speed 1 while covering the pad face with a terry towel and was amazed at the amount of spent product coming off. It may take a little longer but I like this method followed by air vs. air alone.
