    Hey,

When using a product like #83 DACP, you need to clean your pads often, as in after every 1-2 panels. When the product starts to gum up, that usually means that the pad is over-saturated with product. With a rotary, I use a soft brush with the rotary spinning to clean the pads. But even then, the pad will get to a point where it is just too saturated. When that happens, you will need to switch to a fresh pad. Depending on the situation, I usually use 2 sometimes 3 pads for just the DACP step.

Tim, I have roughly solved the problem of product saturation on the pad by frequently using a piece of terry cloth towel to dab on the foam pad. There are two things which I noticed:

      1) If I stop before any light dust being produced, I'll tend to get more swirls/holograms. If I work it out longer, I will get alot less swirls/holograms.

      2) When it comes to corner/edges, I have to tilt my buffer slightly. This also causes swirls/holograms around that area.
