Hi,
I'm new to Meguiars so sorry if this is in the wrong forum :-) I'm the owner of a 1993 Civic hatch. It was painted 2 years ago in Granada Black Pearl and it also got a clear coat. After the paint job I gave it some Sonax pure wax. Even though the paint was new and clean, it came out with a greasy look.
When polishing and waxing the car, it always end up in this "greasy" look. I have tried Sonax, Turtle and other products, but its still the same :-( It gets a bit better after the first car wash.
I have spend some hours in forum, watched the videos and so on, and I'm hoping Meguiars can do a difference. But which products to use?
There are also some swirls in the paint. I have put in a couple of pictures to show you. There was no sun, so I did my best with a lamp :-)
I'm thinking I'll get the mild clay bar and perhaps the M26. But I'm shot sure what to use in between and I cannot understand why it always end up in this greasy look
I'm working by hand.
Appreciate your help! Thanks!
Thomas
