What kind of fallout can you get at a nuclear power plant?
Well Iodine-131, Carbon 14, Strontium-90 are the usual suspects. I hope you used the foam gun

Usually water based dressings require the tire to be 100% clean.

Try pressure washing, spraying on some degreaser, pressure washing.

Then once the tire is dry take some Goof Offf & a terry cloth for the rest.

Thanks. I was able to get the rest of the gunk off yesterday morning. Used SD4:1 again, agitated with various brushes, then washed with a bug sponge and CG Citrus Wash at 1oz/gal. I think the key is using something like a bug sponge or rag that actually absorbs left over dressing, whereas a brush seems to just move it around.
