Good luck! Will be interesting to see the final results. That interior really looks like it needs some work.....can we say ...neglect?
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

              Paint

I just got Meguiars Paint Reconditioning Cream. OH MY GOD!! It is awesome. Especially for jobs like this where the car is very new and the paint is in ok shape. Just some minor swirls etc...

I used the cream with my PC7424 and a white CCS pad.

Black plastic on bumper and mirrors

              Meguiar's Hyper Dressing -- 100%

Thank you!! It is actually a beautiful color in person. It is probably the nicest color I have seen on the new Expeditions.

Great job! Although it is frustrating to think that the owners will probably put it back into the sad shape it came in as in 6 months or less...

On the plus side, it's more business!!!!

Yeah. I don't doubt it. This Expedition only has 40,000 miles on it....

It took me a full day. From about 8am till about 5:50pm. I am getting faster..... I am sure I could save some time somewhere. The paint conditioning cream definately saved me a lot of time.

That sounds like you did great!

D151 really pretty amazing. When I tried it (on a practice hood), to my eyes it rivaled 105 in the resulting correction (that may have been masked though by the finishing).

You might be interested in Item #2 on this page, about detailing menus. It costs $7.95 or so but he has a really helpful discussion about prices and what you include. One of the things that was interesting was that he said most of the people who purchase a detailing service do not get any paint correction at all. That was something I noticed too on detailing menus I found online, especially where I live. They did not offer paint correction as part of a detailing package

He isn't advocating NOT doing the correction, just not doing it without putting it in a more expensive package.
