Re: Tech Wax on black... its been a while
The car looks as good as ever. I still can't get over that garage!!
ColinA common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

I love NXT 2.0 on black. I think you know that already Nick.

Re: Tech Wax on black... its been a while
I hadn't used NXT all summer, but applied it about 3 weeks ago on my Porsche.
I've been using Glasur on her, but with the weather turning I figured that it's just not worth it at this time of the year - so it's back to the synthetics.
NXT is considerably more reflective than Glasur, but less than MPPP. It is however a dryer look, not as deep or dark, just shinier. More like a rolling mirror than a richly waxed car. It's hard to communicate. One isn't better than the other, just different. If a tree falls in the forest and there's nobody there to record the event, how can you be certain that there was a tree or even a forest to begin with?

The hood on that car almost looks like it's been wet sanded. So clear!-James
