Toyota Hilux - Minor Paint Correction

    how did that scratch happen? if the shop did it, shouldn't they be responsible for a new paint job on the hood(one free of orange peel)... if you can make them repaint the hood then you can just take off the hood and then give to them to repaint so the rest of the car is safe at home....

      yeah. i was going "mad" at the workshop when I saw that. Talk to the manager and after much discussion, we worked something out.

        Morning everyone

        Just managed to wash the car last night. Was very dirty (sorry didnt take any befores - too tired to grab camera) .

        Here's them pixxies


        Washed with NXT Car Wash. Wheels and wells on Megs Hyper Dressing (3:1 ratio) and QD'd with Ultimate Quick Detailer

        Bonnet was previously polished with D151 - Paint Reconditioning Cream and topped with 2 coats of M21 2.0 Synthetic Sealant whilst other body panels were also protected with M26 Yellow Wax (2 coats)
